Every course of treatment is a collaboration between you and our therapist, Griffin, and driven by your goals.

Flexible Scheduling

Sessions can be conducted morning, afternoon, and evenings - whatever fits your schedule. Our hours are 9 am-7 pm M-F.

Insurance Accepted and Reduced Rates

We accept Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, United/Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Aetna, Cigna, and Tricare; If you are uninsured, we offer reduced rates, based on income.

Specialized Treatment

Griffin utilizes therapeutic approaches tailored for healing trauma and attachment wounds that prevent us from living life with greater presence and connectivity. These include Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Eye Movement Densitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectial Behavior Therapy (DBT)
